SAY IT LOUD - North Carolina
Hosted by Beyond the Built Environment, NCNOMA, and AIA North Carolina
SAY IT LOUD - North Carolina is the Largest SAY IT LOUD Exhibition to Date!
The SAY IT LOUD - NC team set out planning with a goal - to make this exhibition the largest in SAY IT LOUD history. We know there are many stories to tell from the minority architects around the State, and if we had the chance to share them, we wanted to do it LOUDLY. We are excited to announce that we have currently TRIPLED the largest SAY IT LOUD exhibition to date, with over 140 submissions!
An Internationally-Recognized Exhibition
North Carolina’s Chapters of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NCNOMA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIANC) are pleased to bring the internationally-recognized exhibition, SAY IT LOUD by Beyond the Built Environment, to North Carolina!
SAY IT LOUD - North Carolina elevates the contributions of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and women designers, architects, engineers, and planners. The SAY IT LOUD - North Carolina exhibition includes two parts, starting with a virtual exhibit that opened in May 2021, followed by a physical exhibit that opened in Charlotte and Raleigh in February 2022.
