Architect/Designer
Duda|Paine Architects is seeking a Designer/Architect with 2-6 years of full-time professional experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including academic/institutional, wellness, commercial and corporate facilities in various phases of design and construction.
Duties:
· Contribute to architectural design, rendering, and documentation for various projects.
· Develop preliminary designs and progressive design solutions.
· Assist in creating physical models, 3D renderings, and other presentation graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and other visualization tools.
· Utilize REVIT and drafting skills to produce high-quality design work.
· Participate /support in the selection of materials and finishes.
· Produce and modify design and construction documents using REVIT and AutoCAD.
· Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other technical requirements.
· Assist/support project coordination with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
· Ability to work independently while also taking feedback and direction effectively.
· Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Experience with large-scale academic, wellness, commercial, and corporate projects (preferred)
